Hi there, my name is Matt Hutzel, and I am the builder for this lot/ home package. I live in the Jupiter Community and have been building homes since 1994. I provide quality new custom construction under $250,000.

Jupiter has a rolling topography with beautiful long range views. Jupiter is nestled between Mars Hill, Marshall, and Weaverville.
