"Seller Says"
I love Brevard due to its quaintness, small friendly town feel and the fact that it's still accessible to everything you need.  It offers a great family atmosphere down to its festivals, shopping, dining and outdoor amenities.  If you enjoy the outdoors and mountains, this property is for you!

We have at least one restaurant for every taste. Every thing from BBQ,  Japanese, Chinese, Mexican, steak houses and many more. There is something here for every taste.

We have a lot of great boutiques in town and several grocery stores along with a Walmart, K-Mart and Lowe's.  You can find everything you need here in Brevard without having to travel to get what you may need.

Our property is quiet, private and located just 5 minutes from town but secluded enough to not be in town.  The property is unrestricted so you can have gardens, animals, etc.  It's very usable land with a stream and stocked bass and bream pond.

The school systems here are great!  Brevard High was ranked highest in the state in 2011.

The property is located just 4 miles to the entrance of the Pisgah National Forest where there is excellent trout fishing, hiking, mountain biking and rock climbing. Along with hundreds of miles of trails there are also several waterfalls, the fish hatchery and the Cradle of Forestry.  The area has some of the best trout waters and is even published in Field & Stream to include Hwy 178, Broad River and the Davidson all right here within the county.

I have great neighbors that I converse with frequently.  We look out for one another and if I'm away for any period of time, they look out for my home and I do the same for them. It's a great quiet place for kids and animals and everyone looks out for one another. It's always been a safe and low key neighborhood.

The septic and well and are both private while the utility bill for electric runs around $100 per month.
