The Beaumont Estate is a faithfully restored home which honors its glorious and storied past while gracefully incorporating modern amenities.

"Seller Says"

The things we love about Flat Rock are the friendly people, the mountain setting, and the culture. We enjoy the four unique seasons that our elevation provides.

Flat Rock is also close to Hendersonville, so we have small-town charm with the conveniences of city life. We love to eat at the new hot spots! Flat Rock has an abundance of culinary experiences and we are fortunate to always have a new menu to sample. Hendersonville offers an abundance of cuisines to suit any mood. Nearby Asheville is a food-lovers paradise.

Ingles and Harris Teeter are great for a quick trip and staple items. Fresh Market features gourmet
items and an impressive selection of meats. We look forward to the curbside market where we buy local produce and handmade items.

When we first saw Beaumont, the locally quarried granite made a stunning impression. The allure of renovating such a historical home was too much to resist. We fell in love with the Flat Rock area, as well. Flat Rock is close to numerous attractions. Biltmore House, Cherokee, and Pigeon Forge all make great day-trips. The changing seasons are wonderful to witness on a hike or camping trip in the Pisgah National Forest. Places to snow ski are in close proximity.

At the end of a day spent exploring the area, it's nice to return to the front porch and enjoy the cool mountain breeze. There is always something to do with a tennis court & pool on the property.

Beaumont is a great home for entertaining. The formal dining room, back deck, and well-landscaped grounds provide ample spaces for a large group. We enjoy working on the perennial garden beside the quaint ice house, shopping downtown for antiques, and reading on the front porch.

Beaumont Estates is a relatively small neighborhood. Neighbors are friendly and helpful, but we respect each others privacy.
