"Seller Says"
The thing I love the most about living in this part of the Swannanoa area is the close proximity to the interstate and being so close to the Asheville line which enables quick access to shopping, downtown, etc.
We love to eat at many outstanding restaurants in the area.  You can just about find any style of food very close by and all of them are very delicious.

Grocery stores are plentiful and easy to access regardless if you go east or west.  Walmart and the Asheville Mall is within 5-7 minutes as well.  Whole Foods is also opening very soon by the Asheville Mall.

When we bought the property we were drawn to the front porch and deck with many great views.  The floor plan of the house is beautiful.  Also, during summertime, the view of our beautiful landscaping from the living room is absolutely amazing.

The Asheville area is wonderful and provides many activities for all ages.  Beautiful hiking trails and waterfalls are in very close proximity.

We are in close proximity to the Veterans Affairs Hospital and a very quick ride to Mission Health.

Our house is within 5 minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway entrance as well as within 10 minutes to the lovely Biltmore Estate.

Our neighborhood is nestled in Hannahs Whispering Pines and the views are outstanding.  Fall foilage is abundant here in the fall.  The community is close knit and the families are friendly.  Even though we are so close to downtown Asheville, we still feel like we are in a quiet country setting.

Our utility costs are very low.  We have Progress Energy and our average bill is $139 per month.  We also have gas and that is serviced through Freeman, we pay around $300 every three to four months, depending on usage.

  9. Hard to find these views for the price so close to Asheville. It is definitely a primary residence retreat, which means a lot, and only minutes from downtown or Black Mountain.

  10. I love the way this home is tastefully decorated and the choice of wall colors is incredible. This home has an exceptional kitchen along with a dramatic great room for family gatherings. The home has a large wooded yard which would be "Dog Heaven!"

  11. What an incredible home that has been very meticulously maintained. Every inch of this home shows just how much love and care has been put into it. A lot of natural light to glisten off of the beautiful hardwood floors. The outdoor space is phenomenal. So close to Asheville, but that great "out of the city" feel.
