"Seller Says"
I like Asheville because there are so many outdoor activities to participate in. Asheville has beautiful areas to hike that offer trails ranging from really easy to really difficult. The French Broad River is great for canoeing or tubing and other rivers are close for whitewater rafting.

Downtown Asheville is very eclectic and offers many opportunities to enjoy the performance arts and visual arts. It also still has a small town feel with things like Shindig on the Green and the Mountain State Fair.

We like to eat at
Apollo Flame (Greek),
Elena's Mexican Grill,
PF Changs, and
Papas and Beer
Our neighborhood is extremely convenient to grocery stores, two malls, great restaurants and is only 15 minutes from downtown Asheville. It is also only 15 minutes from Biltmore Park Town Square that offers upscale shopping and dining.

When we bought the property we were drawn to the fact that it is not a huge neighborhood. There are just the right amount of homes to make it a quaint subdivision. We also liked the fact that all of the trees had not been cut down to make the neighborhood.

The Asheville area is wonderful because it is close to Hendersonville, Waynesville, The Great Smoky Mountains Park, Pigeon Forge and Brevard. The people in Asheville are still full of southern hospitality and will help a neighbor in need at the drop of a hat. Many National Forests are close by and offer wonderful opportunities for outdoor activities. Historic Biltmore Village and the Biltmore House is 10 minutes from our neighborhood.

A few other things I can mention are the airports that service the Asheville area. One is in Asheville and the other is a short hour drive to Greenville, SC. This makes traveling very convenient and affordable.
The Asheville area boasts many opportunities for outdoor activities of all kinds as well as cultural events galore. There is also lots of great antique shopping in the historic Biltmore Village and River Arts district.

Our neighborhood is great because we have a good mix of ages that live here. It is very safe and children love to play and ride bikes in the neighborhood.

  1. This home has four bedrooms so large enough for most families. With hardwood floors, built-ins for books and treasures, this is truly a home.
The kitchen is wonderful with stainless appliances and hard surface countertops. It's convenient to all that downtown Asheville has to offer, come see this wonderful home! Gwen Bowers, Buyer's AGent

  2. Short drive to downtown Asheville. Great den with built-in book shelves. Lovely hickory floors. Recessed lights, gas log fireplace. Level back yard not always found in the mountains! Large eat in kitchen with Silestone countertops. Notice the added touch of having cabinets at different levels, rather than just a row of boxes on the wall!

  3. Lovely family home with four very good sized bedrooms, lots of closet space, open concept living on first floor, with easy access to a private deck just off the kitchen/living area. Two gas log fireplaces - in the living room and master bedroom - are comfortable spots to curl up in a cozy chair with a good book!

This kitchen has beautiful cabinets, stainless steel appliances and hickory floors. Also, this home is in a great neighborhood with a large yard.

  6. Candler is a wonderful opportunity right now. This is an example of one of the great listings at a great price. You also have a lot of space throughout the home. There is nothing like an open floor plan to bring functionality to a home.
